Essential

• You should have 10 years of strong Product Management skills, with at least 3 years working in a senior product role
• Proven track record of developing and executing product strategies that drive business growth
• 3+ years of experience in leading and mentoring high performing teams to achieve individual and team goals
• Experience working across a minimum of 2 software or product led organisations, launching and growing multiple products
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders, including executives, customers, and team members
• Strong analytical skills to collect, analyse, and interpret data to inform product decisions
• Capable of prioritising features, requirements, and tasks based on customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility
• Driving force behind building and executing a product roadmap and strategy that aligns with customer needs and company goals
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success
• Flexible to adapt to changing market conditions, customer needs, and business priorities
• Strong problem‑solving skills to overcome technical, business, and customer challenges
• Ability to craft compelling stories to communicate product vision, value, and benefits to various stakeholders at different levels
• Experience leading geographically distributed teams
• Experience with cloud‑based technologies, such as SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS
• Familiarity with UX design principles and human‑centred design methodologies
• Extensive experience in a Senior Product Role, leading multiple products and product teams across at least two product‑led / SaaS organisations
• Experience leading cross‑functional teams and mentoring product managers
• A track record of successfully launching products.
• A demonstrable experience with market research, competitive analysis, and market trend analysis
