In this role, you will contribute to the end-to-end design of digital products that help millions of customers manage their insurance with clarity and confidence. You will work collaboratively with product managers, engineers, researchers, data specialists, and business stakeholders to design intuitive, elegant, and accessible solutions. Conduct usability tests, customer interviews, and data-driven evaluations to validate ideas and improve user experience.
