We are currently looking for a Procurement and Supply Chain Coordinator to join Sovini, part of The Sovini Group. Are you a motivated individual with a strong work ethic, keen to learn and grow? What You’ll Do

This role supports a wide range of procurement and supply chain activities, focusing on supplier management, compliance, and risk mitigation. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining Sovini’s supplier portal and registers
  • Assisting with procurement and tendering tasks such as sourcing low-value goods and services, spend analysis, and contract management
  • Collaborating closely with the Procurement and Supply Chain Manager and Trainee Officer
  • Maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and customers
  • Operating in an agile environment from a suitable remote workspace
  • Using administrative skills and proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
