Annual Salary: £29,296.80 per year
Average 36 hours/week rotating shifts
Schedule:
• Week 1 – Mon–Thu 05:45–13:45, Fri 06:00–15:00
• Week 2 – Mon–Thu 13:30–22:15

Role Overview

You will play a key role in running and monitoring manufacturing processes within a dedicated production cell. Full cross‑training will be provided, allowing you to develop your skills across multiple machines. The role involves producing sheet lead using rolling mills, slitters, and saws, while maintaining high safety, quality, and efficiency standards.

Applicants must hold an accredited Counterbalance FLT licence.
