Responsibilities
  • Deliver and manage wastewater infrastructure and non-infrastructure modelling projects, effectively scaling tasks.
  • Conduct technical reviews of wastewater models, oversee model build, verification of sewer networks and survey specifications.
  • Develop strategic solutions to mitigate flooding and reduce CSO spills.
  • Provide support to designers at concept outline and detailed design stages.
  • Review and enhance technical reports and presentations to uphold high-quality standards.
  • Resolve technical modelling challenges on projects and contribute to advancing the team's technical expertise.
  • Ensure project components, including reports, drawings, specifications, and studies, comply with relevant standards and project requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with clients, explaining model outputs and processes and ensuring they understand them.
  • Support and guide junior team members and foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Assist with preparation of bids, including narratives, cost estimates, and programmes.
  • Coordinate project elements, managing resource allocation, quality assurance, subcontractor interactions, and client feedback.
  • Work alongside specialists from other engineering and environmental disciplines to ensure project integrity.
  • Liaise effectively with the Project Director or Manager and the client to support project progress.
  • Foster a collaborative work environment by actively supporting the professional development of yourself and your team, guiding junior members to reach their full potential.
