  • Quality Assurance: Author and approve critical technical reports.

  • Mentorship: (For Principal level) Guide and develop the technical skills of junior engineers within the team.

Profile and requirements:
  • Experience: 10+ years of relevant experience in aerospace or defense, specifically focused on loads and aeroelastic behavior

  • Education: Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (Chartered Engineer status is highly desirable).

  • Security Clearance: Must currently hold, or be eligible to obtain, UK SC (Secret) Clearance.

  • Analytical Rigor: A meticulous approach to result‑checking and attention to detail.

  • Communication: Ability to translate complex technical data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.

  • Adaptability: A proactive desire to embrace new processes and drive continuous improvement in engineering methods.
