Overview

Help shape the future of Derbyshire Dales! We’re looking for a proactive Principal Regeneration Manager to lead ambitious regeneration projects, unlock stalled sites, and deliver schemes that make a real impact. This role is broad, and you’ll be involved in consultation, partnership development, master‑planning, preparing external funding bids, procurement, contract management and project implementation. We need you to develop shovel‑ready projects to access external funding such as the East Midlands Combined County Authority, then lead them throughout all stages to build out.

Responsibilities
  • Commission feasibility studies, site investigations, options appraisals and masterplans to bring sites forward in partnership with private landowners.
  • Develop shovel‑ready projects for external funding and lead them through all stages.
Qualifications
  • Hands‑on ‘doer’, who proactively drives schemes continuously from concept through to post‑completion.
  • At least three years’ experience of regeneration projects in a local authority context.
  • Meeting the essential requirements of the role.
