You'll receive mentorship from the outstanding leaders we have within the team.From day one your personal development plan puts you in the driving seat of your career and you’ll be supported to go as far as you want to go.## Your role* Providing leadership in coastal and estuarine hydrodynamic and water quality modelling, as well as conducting bathing and shellfish water assessments, Water Framework Directive reviews, and UPM evaluations.* Executing modelling projects with multidisciplinary teams, utilising robust numerical expertise in environmental engineering.* Maintaining high standards for deliverables and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.* Overseeing or contributing to project and programme management activities.* Supporting the development of tender submissions and fee estimates.* Supervising and mentoring staff while offering guidance to facilitate their ongoing professional growth.* Driving technical innovation and leading initiatives within improvement workgroups.## About you* Understanding of UK Water Industry and regulatory issues.* Proven track record in coordinating and delivering of Water Framework Directive, SOAF and UPM projects for UK water companies.* Good understanding of hydrodynamics, sediments and water quality processes.* Expertise using industry standard software such as InfoWorks ICM.* Ability to review work of others to provide quality assurance and drive continuous improvement in work delivered to the client.* Ability to manage projects and maintaining client relationships.## Reward & benefitsExplore the rewards and benefits that help you thrive – at every stage of your life and your career.
