Exciting Opportunity: Primary Care Paramedic – Deal & Sandwich PCN

Deal & Sandwich Primary Care Network (PCN) is seeking a motivated and experienced Paramedic to join our expanding community team.

This is a community-based role, working across patients’ homes, care homes, and community settings to deliver high-quality, person-centred care. You will play a vital role in supporting patients closer to home — assessing, treating, and managing health needs while helping to reduce avoidable hospital admissions.

The role includes a key focus on delivering the Enhanced Health in Care Homes (EHCH) service across 25 care and nursing homes within the PCN, working collaboratively with residents, families, and care staff to promote wellbeing and independence.
