Location: Birmingham Business Park, Birmingham, B37 7YE

Hours of work: 37.5 hours a week, working Mon-Fri 9:00am – 5:30pm

Are you passionate about innovative heating solutions and ready to make an impact in the UK’s residential new build market? Daikin UK is looking for a Pre‑Sales Technical Engineer to join our Residential Pre‑Sales Technical Team.

The role
  • Partner with leading housebuilders (national and regional) to design and apply heat pump solutions for new build projects.
  • Lead technical discussions with developers and sales teams, providing expert advice on Daikin products and services.
  • Review and validate designs, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with design partners and internal teams to deliver bespoke solutions tailored to each development.
  • Support first‑fix installations, offering guidance on sensors, wiring, and plumbing.
  • Manage projects effectively, tracking progress via CRM and SharePoint.
  • Drive innovation, integrating Duco ventilation solutions and exploring upsell opportunities.
