• Thorough knowledge of Plant, Machinery, and Transport.
• Experience within a construction/engineering or similar background.
• Strong working knowledge of technical experience with Plant & Machinery.
• Good level Construction/Infrastructure industry contacts.
• Experience of managing people and developing talent.
• Must be happy to travel to other sites in Scotland when needed.
