Job Description

Responsible for planning, scheduling, and tracking the progress of construction projects from inception to completion, in accordance with contract and client requirements. Skillful at translating project scope into actionable tasks and timelines, and at preparing and updating detailed progress reports. Prior experience in residential, commercial, or data center projects is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with project stakeholders to gather project requirements, scope, and objectives.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and task breakdowns.
• Track and report on project progress, ensuring alignment with contract deliverables.
• Prepare and update detailed progress reports for stakeholders.
