A leading planning consultancy in Manchester seeks a Planner/Senior Planner to support clients on a variety of planning projects. The ideal candidate will have a degree and be pursuing membership with the Royal Town Planning Institute (MRTPI). Planner/Senior Planner Opportunity in Planning and Development Consultancy in our Manchester office. We expect candidates to have at least a 21 or equivalent at first degree, ideally a Master’s degree in RTPI/RICS accredited subjects, and have achieved, or be working towards, chartered membership of the Royal Town Planning Institute (MRTPI).
Candidates should also demonstrate good analytical, presentation, and writing skills, together with a clear commitment to working in the planning and property development field. The role requires the ability to manage your own time and workload, problem-solve, and, ideally, demonstrate skills to market and innovate as these are important elements of the role.
