Planner/Senior Planner Opportunity in Planning and Development Consultancy in our Manchester office. You will provide advice on planning and land use to clients including leading developers, housebuilders, investment institutions, local planning authorities, and other public or third sector organisations throughout all planning stages, including Environmental Impact Assessments. Qualifications and Experience

We expect candidates to have at least a 21 or equivalent at first degree, ideally a Master’s degree in RTPI/RICS accredited subjects, and have achieved, or be working towards, chartered membership of the Royal Town Planning Institute (MRTPI).

Candidates should also demonstrate good analytical, presentation, and writing skills, together with a clear commitment to working in the planning and property development field. The role requires the ability to manage your own time and workload, problem-solve, and, ideally, demonstrate skills to market and innovate as these are important elements of the role.
