The Opportunity

As a Physiotherapist you will be responsible for providing high quality physiotherapy assessment, treatment, and discharge planning with a focus on quality, safety and patient outcomes. You will work alongside other highly motivated and dedicated Allied Health staff in achieving exceptional outcomes and helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.

Fixed Term Parental Leave Role 52 hours per fortnight.

Skills and Experience

The successful candidate will demonstrate the following:

  • Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy and registration with AHPRA
  • 1 year or more experience in a hospital setting desirable but not essential
  • Ability to effectively assess, plan and implement individualised physiotherapy treatment programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to efficiently manage caseload demands.
  • Demonstrated effective interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team and independently as required.
  • Commitment to professional development and maintenance of current evidence-based practice
  • Flexibility to work across a rotating roster
Remuneration

$45.16 – $62.81 per hour + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. Statement of service may be required.
