Position: Physical Therapist - Outpatient

Location: 7109 Hamilton Mason Rd., West Chester, Ohio 45069

Schedule: Monday (8am-6pm), Tuesday (9am-3pm), Wednesday (7am-6pm), Thursday (9am-6pm), Friday (7am-1pm)

Compensation: $72,000 - $85,000 annually, based on years of experience

Incentives: $10,000 Sign-on Bonus, Student Debt Benefit (up to $350 monthly tuition assistance)

Responsibilities & Qualifications
  • Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
  • Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
  • Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third‑party payors
  • Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager
  • Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
  • Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
  • CPR certification
