Qualifications

  • Degree in Physical Therapy from a CAPTE accredited school.
  • Valid State Physical Therapist License.
  • CPR certification.

Location: Bryn Mawr, PA

Schedule: Full‑time, Monday through Friday. No Weekends!

Compensation: Salary starting at $80,000/year, increases based on experience.

Job Description: Working at NovaCare Rehabilitation within a multi‑therapist outpatient orthopedic center serving a diverse patient mix from pediatrics to geriatrics. Collaborate closely with referring orthopedic physicians at the Rothman Institute. Provide exceptional patient experience and help patients return to athletics, work, and life.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients.
  • Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members, and third‑party payors.
  • Attend and participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.
