We’re Hiring: Pharmacy Dispensers (Temporary Shifts)

Do you have your NVQ Level 2 in Pharmacy Dispensing, and seeking some extra shifts at a digital pharmacy hub? (No retail chaos!). We’re hiring temporary, qualified Pharmacy Dispensers to support our fast-growing online healthcare service.

Available Shifts

You must be available for one or more of the following onsite shifts:

• Monday, 29th December | 9:00am–6:00pm (1-hour break)
• Friday, 2nd January | 9:00am–6:00pm (1-hour break)
• Saturday, 3rd January | 8:00am–1:00pm (no break)

About the Role

You’ll work in our non-patient-facing, mail-order pharmacy, supporting the safe and timely supply of medications and test kits to patients across the UK.

You’ll handle the technical side of the dispensary, such as ordering, labelling, dispensing, and packaging, while maintaining accuracy in a high-volume, repetitive environment. You’ll also support our in-house dispatch team with bulk stock deliveries and organisation. No walk-in pressure. Just proper pharmacy work, done well.

Key Tasks

• Labelling, Dispensing & Dispatching prescriptions and test kits
• Stock Management & Sorting, including handling and storage of medicines
• Order Processing using internal systems, scanners, and IT tools
• Maintaining a clean, organised workspace at all times
• Quality & Excellence, working closely with operations and support teams to deliver outstanding patient service

Skills & Experience Required

• NVQ Level 2 in Pharmacy Services (or equivalent)
• Current cleared DBS (standard or enhanced)
• Right to work in the UK
• Ability to work onsite in Milton Keynes (MK12 5NA)
• Good understanding of UK pharmacy regulations
• High accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
