Job summary

A leading provider of radiopharmacy services in Keele seeks a Production Radiochemist to join their team. The role is full-time, requiring a degree in a scientific discipline and experience in GMP environments. Responsibilities include producing PET radiopharmaceuticals, maintaining quality standards, and arranging equipment maintenance. Applicants should possess strong communication skills, an analytical mindset, and the ability to work under pressure. This position entails shift work and may include night shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in (radio) pharmaceutical manufacture in a GMP environment.
• Ideally experience in Radiochemistry or related disciplines.
• Knowledge of GMP, validation, and relevant regulations.
• Validation experience with laboratory equipment and process validation.

Responsibilities

• Daily production of PET radiopharmaceuticals in adherence to GMP.
• Operate protocols for customer orders and distribution.
• Arrange maintenance for production equipment.
• Record faults and interpret operational issues.
• Operate according to approved quality standards.
