A caregiving organization in Crawley seeks personal assistants for a bubbly 6-year-old boy. You will engage in outdoor and creative activities, ensuring his safety and enjoyment. The position requires reliability, good interpersonal skills, and a creative mindset. Work is typically 6 hours a week, primarily outside school hours. A non-smoking preference and a right to work in the UK are required.
We are looking for a couple of personal assistants for our carefree, bubbly 6-year-old son to spend time engaging in activities both outdoors and in our home, whilst keeping him safe.
Salary: £12.21 per hour. Mileage expenses: 45p per mile. Hours: 6 hours per week outside of school hours.
Accessing social and leisure activities e.g. walks, swimming, creative activities. This is a 2:1 role where you will be working alongside another PA. The role involves being active and hands on as our son is super energetic and constantly on the move, exploring the world around him. He enjoys the outdoors, swimming, small scale fairs, places where it is not super busy as he is sensitive to noises. At home the role will involve setting up and participating in creative and sensory activities.
Whist at home, participate/assist with craft, painting and sensory activities.
Non-smoker preferred or someone willing to refrain from smoking during working hours
