A supportive care organization in Tamworth is seeking a Personal Assistant (PA) to assist with personal and domestic tasks, enhancing the employer's independent living. Job Title: Personal Assistant (PA) – Social Care

Job Ref: JI/JF/11/25

Reporting to: Employer

Location: Tamworth, Staffordshire

Rate of Pay: Up to £13.98 per hour

Nature of the job role: To assist with a variety of tasks which will support the employer to live an independent personal and social life.

Main Duties:
  • Personal duties: Washing, dressing.
  • Domestic duties: Washing, ironing clothes and bed linen. Keeping my rooms clean and tidy. Preparing food and drinks.
  • Social Duties: These duties may vary from day to day.
  • Any other reasonable duties that may be necessary.
Hours of work:
  • 6 hrs per week
  • 2-hour shopping call per week
  • 1 hour Support with budgeting and paperwork
  • 3-hour Socialising and accessing the community

Qualifications: Up to Level 3 NVQ

Skills & Experience:
  • Only applicants who have experience of administering medication and are able to deliver a high level of care will be considered.
  • The applicant needs to be a car driver with the use of own vehicle.
  • Must like dogs.
