About The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Personal Assistant to join a friendly team working from our Northern and based at our office in Warrington on a 30 hour a week, 10 month fixed term contract.

Duties include :

  • Act as an ambassador and first point of contact for directors as well as visitors to the office and all new starters
  • Coordinate the induction process for the region; including the facilitation of training in systems and processes and supporting with HR and IT queries
  • Liaise with the Divisional Training Coordinator to ensure regional compliance in mandatory training
  • Develop and maintain strong internal and external networks, building knowledge of key issues in order to effectively identify and communicate priorities
  • Supporting employees with general queries through to resolution
  • Ensuring the office is maintained correctly
  • Managing the effective running of the office through office equipment and stationary
  • Proactively monitor meeting attendance, taking ownership to ensure enquiries and issues are appropriately delegated and resolved effectively
  • Facilitates all logistical arrangements and ensure all documentation is prepared in advance of meetings
  • Collate and process expenses ensuring compliance with policy and approval process
  • Manage communications, monitor emails, post and calls taking appropriate action, escalating or delegating accordingly
  • Manage complaint letters including producing draft responses on behalf of the Managing Director
  • Provide cover for colleagues as appropriate
  • Any other reasonable duties
About You
  • Proficient IT skills, particularly in the use of Microsoft Office packages and Outlook
  • Self-motivated to deliver a high quality of work
  • Able to take a professional and flexible approach, remaining calm under pressure
  • Able to confidently use own judgment and make decisions in order to prioritise and challenge
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ownership for the delivery of high quality work
  • Experience of working in an administrative support role
  • Able to engage with and develop relationships with colleagues and managers at all levels
  • Strong team player with a desire to learn and contribute to the success of a busy professional team
