Overview
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support the Directors within DPG, an owner-managed business operating KFC restaurants alongside hotel and property interests. This is a varied and fast-paced role requiring discretion, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage both business and personal priorities effectively.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the Directors’ schedules, administration, and office operations.
Responsibilities
Administrative & Office Support
- Manage diaries, meetings, and appointments for the Directors
- Arrange travel, accommodation, and transport
- Prepare, organise, and file documents, reports, and presentations (using OneDrive)
- Handle calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
- Support the smooth running of office facilities and greet visitors
Personal Assistance
- Support with personal administration such as appointments, vehicle tax, visas, and insurance
- Collate and check credit card bills and invoices across properties
- Assist with ad-hoc personal tasks and errands as required
- Maintain strict confidentiality at all times
Business & Operational Support
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and action logs
- Conduct research (e.g. market rents, supplier information) and compile data
- Liaise with franchisors, property agents, suppliers, and other stakeholders
- Support basic project coordination across the business
- Manage Filling electronically on Key documents and emails in Outlook.
Organisation & Time Management
- Prioritise multiple tasks and manage competing deadlines
- Track key dates, meetings, and deliverables
- Anticipate Directors’ needs and act proactively
- Manage the Directors post and filling needs.
Communication & Relationships
- Act as a key point of contact between Directors and internal/external partners
- Build and maintain positive, professional relationships
- Communicate clearly and accurately on behalf of the business
Skills & Experience Required
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Confident communicator with good interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information
- Flexible, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Degree preferred but not essential
