A leading care charity in the UK is seeking a dynamic People Specialist for a part-time role (15 hours/week). You will be responsible for HR support, driving recruitment, and implementing people strategies across multiple locations. Ideal candidates are CIPD qualified with experience in HR roles. Community Integrated Care is on an exciting journey of transformation and growth and we’re looking for a dynamic and driven People Specialist to join our regional team and help shape the future of our workforce.
This is a permanent part‑time role offering 15 hours per week (ideally across Wednesday, Thursday and Friday or Thursday and Friday) to support our services across the North of Scotland and Highlands. We would welcome applications from people based in Inverness, Elgin, Fochabers or Aberdeen as regional travel is required as part of the role.
As a People Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of delivering our Regional People Plan, supporting organisational change, and partnering with operational leaders to drive performance, engagement, and growth. You’ll be a trusted advisor, coach and collaborator—helping to embed a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Reporting to the Senior People Business Partner, the People Specialist will work within a region to provide HR support on a day‑to‑day basis. Liaising with and supporting the Senior People Business Partner to provide a comprehensive HR service to managers and colleagues within the charity.
