People Relations Manager – Commercial

35 hours per week

Homeworking with regular travel to Head Office in Worcester and all UK sites

About the Role

As our People Relations Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in fostering a fair, supportive, and engaging environment for all colleagues. You’ll lead on employment relations, inclusion, and wellbeing initiatives that help us remain an employer of choice.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Resolving employment disputes: Provide tailored advice to People Partners and Managers, ensuring compliance with employment law and best practice while minimising risk.
  • Driving legislative change: Lead the delivery of the Employment Rights Bill, updating policies and supporting teams with clear guidance, communications, and training.
  • Championing inclusion: Deliver our Inclusion for All strategy within Commercial, creating action plans, new strategic initiatives, and training that strengthen our diverse culture.
  • Enhancing engagement and wellbeing: Research and implement new initiatives to boost colleague experience and wellbeing, benchmarking against best-in-class organisations.
  • Supporting key projects: Collaborate with People Services to deliver impactful HR projects aligned with our strategic objectives.
About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Experienced in employment relations, advanced employment law, EDI, and HR policy development, with a strong understanding of UK employment legislation.
  • Inclusive and collaborative, with a passion for diversity, equity, and wellbeing.
  • Strategic and proactive, able to lead projects and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • A great communicator, skilled at translating complex information into clear, actionable advice.
