The Marcliffe, one of Scotland’s most prestigious five‑star country retreats, is looking for an experienced People & Culture (HR) Advisor to join our team in Aberdeen.

This is a full‑time, on‑site role (Monday–Friday) and a fantastic opportunity for a confident HR generalist who enjoys working in a fast‑paced hospitality environment and making a real impact on people and culture.

You’ll support our teams across the hotel with employee relations, absence and performance management, recruitment, engagement initiatives, and general HR operations—working closely with the Head of People & Culture during an exciting period of growth and investment.

💡 What we’re looking for:

  • 2+ years’ experience in a generalist HR Advisor role
  • Strong employee relations and employment law knowledge
  • Hospitality, retail, or operational background desirable
  • Proactive, organised, and people‑focused approach
