As our new People Business Partner, you will play a key role in shaping employee experience, supporting our leaders, and enabling our organisation through a period of significant growth and change.
This is a unique opportunity to be a fundamental part of our growth journey. You will work directly with the UK Managing Director and leadership team, while reporting into our Team Lead Employee Experience & Analytics based in Norway, collaborating closely across countries and functions.
Based in our London or Aberdeen office, you will serve as the primary People Business Partner for our UK organization, supporting its expansion into the Netherlands and Africa. In this role, you will work closely with teams in London and Aberdeen, as well as collaborate with colleagues from a wide range of countries and backgrounds. You’ll balance hands‑on HR delivery with strategic partnership, ensuring excellent employee experience while supporting a fast‑moving, transforming business.
