We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented People and Culture Officer to support the smooth running of our People and Culture team. This role is pivotal in ensuring our employee experience is seamless, our processes are efficient, and our culture continues to thrive. You’ll be the backbone of our team, providing administrative support across the employee lifecycle and helping to embed our values into everyday practices.

TeamFeePay is a software platform for football clubs, helping club committees and volunteers with their club development needs and day‑to‑day management. Our software and account‑managed service supports clubs with our 5‑Pillar Club Development approach.

Main Responsibilities
Culture & Engagement
  • Help organise vật internal events, celebrations, and wellbeing initiatives
  • Support employee feedback processes and engagement surveys
  • Assist in rolling out culture and values initiatives
HR Administration
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems
  • Prepare contracts, letters, and onboarding documentation
  • Support with offboarding processes and exit interviews
