A global sports and entertainment firm is seeking a People Partner to manage stakeholder relationships and employee relations issues in London. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of employee relations and commercial awareness, and will be proactive in supporting managers and teams across various departments. This role emphasizes a collaborative and improvement-oriented approach in a fast-paced environment.

Client group of around 120 based in the UK. The client group consists of our Sales and Hospitality Teams, Major Events, Mass Participation, Legal, IT, Impact and our Marketing Communications team.
This role is part of the Global People Partner team so a global mindset is essential.
This role predominantly supports the client groups shown above, there will be a need to get involved with supporting other client groups, as and when required.
