A leading educational institution in the United Kingdom is seeking a Higher Level Sports and PE Teaching Assistant (HLTA) on a fixed-term contract until July 2026. Contract: Fixed Term Contract until July 2026

Working Pattern: Term time only (39 weeks)

Hours: 25 hours per week, 11am‑4:15pm Monday‑Friday

Actual Starting Salary (pro‑rata): £18,059 per annum

Salaries are paid in 12 equal monthly instalments.

Responsibilities

Design, implement and oversee a coordinated programme of high‑quality, professional coaching and physical education that is developmentally appropriate, responsive to the needs of all children and aligned with the academy’s goal of increasing participation in PE and school sport.
