Our services need to be delivered with passion and commitment, providing a consistently great customer experience. Always delivered on time, accurately and demonstrating optimal efficiencies and service standards, whilst meeting all legislative, policy and compliance requirements. The Payroll Administrator will work within the payroll team supporting with the delivery of the UK Payroll, ensuring all employees are paid accurately and on time. This role does not require any previous payroll experience.If you are interested in a career in payroll and learning from experienced payroll professionals who will support with developing your skills in all thing’s payroll, customer service, managing difficult conversations, organisation and problem solving then this is the role for you.## Your Role* Support the Payroll Advisors with the end-to-end processing of the monthly payroll.* Payroll administrative duties.* Process new starter tax documents, check information provided with employees if necessary.* Load HMRC changes, manually process rejections and liaise with employees as appropriate regarding changes received.* Ensure all variable payments and deductions are processed.* Process weekly unpaid leave and unpaid sick reports.* Assist with the update/maintenance of employee flexible benefit payments and deductions.* Use the Payroll Case Management Tool (ServiceNow) to record and maintain accurate records about activities and tasks undertaken.* Updating of the UK Payroll System (Oracle).## About you**Qualifications and Experience**GCSE Maths and English as minimum.**Key Skills*** Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.* Strong numerical skills.* Able to work as part of a team but also independently.* Keen to learn and picks things up quickly.* Use of Microsoft Office Suite.## Reward & benefitsExplore the rewards and benefits that help you thrive – at every stage of your life and your career.
