About the Role

Sandicliffe is looking for a Telesales Parts Advisor to join our Parts Plus team in Leicester. This role is focused on building strong customer relationships, handling inbound and outbound calls, and supporting customers with accurate parts identification and ordering.

You’ll play an important role in delivering a reliable, efficient, and customer-focused service, working closely with internal teams and external customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound telesales calls to trade and retail customers
  • Identify and supply vehicle parts accurately and efficiently
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Process orders, quotations, and follow-ups using internal systems
  • Work to sales targets while maintaining excellent customer service
  • Liaise with warehouse and delivery teams to ensure timely supply
  • Maintain accurate customer and pricing records
About You
  • Experience in telesales, parts, automotive, or a customer service environment is desirable
  • Confident and professional telephone manner
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Customer-focused with a proactive approach
  • Able to work effectively within a team
  • Automotive parts knowledge would be an advantage, but full training will be provided
