A leading automotive retailer is looking for a Parts Advisor for their Nottingham location. No prior experience is required as comprehensive training will be provided. The role involves identifying and ordering parts, stock management, and ensuring customers are kept informed throughout their vehicle's service. Essential skills include a keen attitude, great communication abilities, and a comfort with computers. The position offers a competitive salary with generous benefits including 33 days' holiday and opportunities for progression.
We’re looking for a Parts Advisor to work at our Nottingham Motorstore. You don’t need to have previous parts experience to apply, as we’ll provide comprehensive training.
Full time: Monday - Friday 8am - 5.30pm and alternate Saturdays 8am - 12pm
Do you have customer service skills and experience working with stock?
Our Parts Advisors are responsible for keeping our workshops well-stocked with the right parts to maintain our vehicles whilst also updating customers in relation to their vehicle journey through every stage of the process.
If you’ve worked in a retail environment before and have experience managing stock, you’ll already have some of the traits of a successful Parts Advisor. You’ll need to be comfortable using computers, but don’t worry – we’ll provide all the training you’ll need to use our systems.
