Startstone Milton Keynes is looking for a Parts Advisor.

Your role
  • Provide first-class customer service to internal and external customers, offering expert advice and guidance on parts, products, and availability
  • Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all documentation is completed and filed correctly
  • Monitor and maintain stock levels, working closely with your Parts Leader to ensure key items are always available
  • Support the sales process by identifying upsell opportunities and promoting relevant products or services
  • Maintain an organised, secure, and compliant working environment across all areas of the parts department
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across other departments to ensure a seamless experience for every customer
Your profile
  • A genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service, with a positive and proactive approach
  • Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask in a busy environment
  • Good computer literacy and confidence using internal systems for stock management and invoicing
  • Previous experience in a parts or automotive environment is desirable, but we also welcome applications from those with strong customer service backgrounds and a willingness to learn
  • Full UK manual driving licence desirable not essential
