About Us

We are a tech business that bundles household bills into one fixed monthly payment. It simplifies finances, reduces time on phone with suppliers, and cuts admin. We’re a supportive, fun workplace with a welcoming team and an office near great pubs.

What you’ll be doing
  • Onboarding – The SDR team generates new business. Once the agent becomes a partner and has used the platform for 30 days, they transition to “New Agent” and your journey as Success Executive begins.
  • Your Portfolio – Handle a mix of new, long‑standing, and disengaged agents. Re‑engage inactive partners and diagnose why usage may have dropped.
  • Strategic input – Shape strategy for your portfolio—account reviews with larger agents, bespoke incentives and ideas to maximise lead generation and partner value.
  • Ongoing support – Act as the voice of the customer, collaborating with support, sales, operations and development to drive product evolution and meet market demands.
  • Company growth – As the only B2B sales team, feed the B2C side with new opportunities, deepen existing partner relationships and help make Notify the go‑to platform for agents.
About You
  • Customer Service – Proven track record delivering first‑class service in support, account management, sales or business development.
  • Sales Experience – Prior sales experience to identify cross‑selling opportunities and drive engagement through training calls.
  • Confidence & Communication – Excellent written and verbal communication, professional yet friendly, and able to build relationships and support decisions with data.
  • Target‑Driven – Demonstrated success achieving and surpassing targets, maintaining personal KPIs and contributing to team goals.
  • Organised – Strong prioritisation and time‑management skills; self‑motivated to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Proactive & Outside‑the‑box Thinking – Initiative‑driven, proactive outreach, creative ideas for outreach and lead generation.
