About The Role

We’re looking for a proactive and organised individual to join our team as a Partnership Coordinator. In this role, you’ll be the primary point of contact for our network garages, handling subscription queries and ensuring smooth communication with key suppliers and partners. You’ll manage new applications and terminations, maintain an accurate garage database, and collaborate closely with internal teams including Marketing, Finance, and Central Operations to support network communications, payments, and promotional materials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Being the main point of contact for network garages to resolve queries relating to their subscription.
  • Liaising with key suppliers and partners to deal with anything relating to their support of the network.
  • Process new garage applications and terminations of expiring garages.
  • Maintain the network garage database and ensure it is as accurate as possible.
  • Working with key internal stakeholders, including:
    • the marketing team to ensure marketing collateral (printed and digital) is kept up to date and support content gathering for newsletters and other communications
    • the finance team to ensure subscriptions are collected and any commission payments are raised in accordance with contracts. Ensure payments to suppliers are completed in line with contracts.
    • central operations to manage branch and regional communications regarding the network
  • Plan and co-ordinate network events such as training events and regional meetings
  • Undertake general administration and filing duties as required.
  • Be proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook as required.
  • Any other duty as required by the line manager commensurate with the post.
Working hours

40 hours per week working Monday to Friday between 8am and 5.30pm.
