Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced HR environment.
• CIPD qualification or in progress.
• Knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.

Responsibilities

• Manage the hiring process from advertising to onboarding.
• Maintain accurate employee HR records.
• Coordinate training and compliance programmes.
• Ensure HR policies meet legislation and compliance standards.
• Handle ER queries and advise line managers.
• Support HR reporting and metrics.
• Prepare and update HR documents.
• Support Health & Safety processes.
• Contribute to HR initiatives for engagement and retention.

Skills

Proven experience in an HR generalist role

CIPD qualification or progress towards it

Strong knowledge of employment law

Confident working independently

Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems
