Position: Part-time Housekeeper
Location: Grange Park, North London (N21)
Salary: £20–£24 ph
Working Hours: Approx. 2 days per week, 3–4 hours per day (set schedule to be discussed with the family as they are happy to be flexible for the right candidate)
Start: January 2025

About the Role

A proactive, trustworthy, and professional Part-time Housekeeper is required to support a busy but casual household with two full-time working parents and a toddler. The family has recently completed a full property renovation and are seeking a candidate who can maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation. Flexibility to adapt the schedule within the agreed hours is essential, along with the confidence to take initiative in ensuring the home runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out general housekeeping across all rooms, maintaining presentation and tidiness
  • Laundry management (washing, ironing, store‑away, arranging dry cleaning)
  • Assist with packing and unpacking during business travel
  • Conduct regular fridge cleans
  • Stock control and inform principals when household items or groceries require replenishment
  • Support with occasional household errands and general organisation
  • Maintain consistency and routine while adapting to evolving family needs

Requirements

  • Previous experience in private households preferred

  • Highly organised with a proactive and “can-do” approach
  • Discreet and professional, able to work in a household where family members may be present
