Qualifications

• Level 3 Exercise Referral qualification is essential.
• Experience in the field is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the implementation of the Health and Fitness Programme.
• Undertake 'Welcome Sessions' for new referral patients.
• Carry out individual fitness testing and assessments.
• Formulate safe and appropriate physical activity recommendations.
• Identify situations needing clearance by health professionals.
• Assist with the administration of the programme.
• Attend relevant meetings and training.
• Promote the programmes as directed.
• Assist customers in a polite and friendly manner.
