Job description
Part Time Customer Delivery Driver - Aylesford CFC

Pay starts at £13.35 per hour, increasing to £14.56 for stores inside the M25. Additional payments may apply depending on location.

You will be offered a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week; option for as little as 12 hours is available.

Availability windows:

  • Sunday: 12:30 – 22:30
  • Monday: 18:30 – 22:45
  • Thursday: 18:30 – 22:45
  • Friday: 18:30 – 22:45

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the van and trays are clean and organised.
  • Leave the back yard clean, tidy, and free of rubbish, picking up litter as seen.
  • Wash trays as part of the tray wash process.
  • Load the van as required and check it for roadworthiness.
  • Communicate any changes to orders, including short code items and substitutions, and offer refunds for unhappy customers.
  • Take care of products/deliveries as if they were your own.
  • Explain to the customer that substitutions will not incur additional charges.
  • Deliver within the customer's time slot.
  • Call the customer before arrival if early.
  • Call the store/centre if running 30 minutes or more late.
