Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in a support capacity with older individuals.
• Literacy and numeracy skills at GCSE Grade C level or higher.
• Skills in effective communication across different levels.

Responsibilities

• Complete weekly wellbeing calls for residents requiring service.
• Sign up new tenants and perform visits as necessary.
• Conduct compliance testing including fire alarm checks.

Skills

Experience of working with older people

Numeracy and literacy equivalent to GCSE Grade C

Excellent knowledge of effective communication

Ability to manage workloads

Experience of resident involvement

Basic knowledge of Microsoft applications

Education

GCSE Grade C or above in English and Mathematics
