Qualifications

  • Understanding & involvement of Clinical Governance and risk assessment.
  • Relevant Band 5 Occupational Therapy experience.
  • Knowledge of current political drivers in relation to health and social care issues.

Responsibilities

  • Accountable for assessing and implementing Occupational Therapy treatment.
  • Undertake assessments, care planning, and evaluation of patients.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
