Position: Park Ranger – Full‑Time / Part‑Time / Seasonal. Pay Rates: Up to £12.21 per hour depending on age. Join our One Great Team to inspire guests to connect with nature and enjoy the great outdoors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead exciting activities such as bushcraft, den building, bat walks, and creative sessions like nest box making and pebble art.
  • Encourage guests to explore the park while fostering a deeper appreciation for the natural environment.
  • Protect and preserve the countryside by managing habitats to support wildlife.
  • Educate guests on environmental conservation through engaging and informative experiences.
  • Ensure a safe and secure environment within the park’s nature activity areas.
Requirements

You may already be a Park Ranger or Activities Leader, or have experience as a Cubs, Scouts or Guides Leader – all we are looking for is…

  • A love for the great outdoors, a passion for working with nature, and the ability to inspire and motivate others with outdoor learning.
  • Basic Health and Safety knowledge.
  • Experience of working with young children (of all ages) and families / groups of people.
  • This opportunity requires the new candidate to undergo, and satisfactorily complete, an Enhanced DBS check prior to starting work.
