A leading financial technology company in London is looking for a Paralegal to join their legal team. The role involves drafting and reviewing contracts, supporting regulatory initiatives, and conducting legal research. Within our offices in London, Chester and Los Angeles and Europe, Equals comprises of three business lines and brands - Equals Money, FairFX and CardOneMoney. The Paralegal will play a key supporting role within the Legal team, assisting with a wide range of commercial, corporate, and regulatory legal work across the Equals Group. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious, detail-oriented individual who is keen to gain broad exposure to legal issues in a fast-paced financial technology environment.
You will support the General Counsel and Senior Legal Counsel in day-to-day operations, contract management, document preparation, governance, and the improvement of internal legal processes.

Delivery of timely and accurate legal support to internal stakeholders.
Maintenance of organised, up-to-date legal and corporate records.
Support in implementing and maintaining high standards of legal and regulatory compliance.
Upholding confidentiality, professional standards, and alignment with Equals’ values in all work.
