Working hours: 39 per week

Are you a hands‑on, reliable person who takes pride in a job well done?

We’re looking for a Painter and Decorator to join our team, working across a range of social housing properties to help keep homes safe, comfortable, and looking their best.

About the role
  • Carrying out all aspects of internal and external painting and decorating
  • Preparing surfaces - including filling, sanding, priming, and undercoating
  • Applying finishes such as gloss, emulsion, and stain block to a professional standard
  • Treating mould‑affected areas, including mould washing and applying stain block where needed
  • Hanging wallpaper and carrying out touch‑up and maintenance work
  • Maintaining tools, materials, and a tidy workspace
  • Travelling to properties across different sites
  • Working as part of a supportive, skilled team to deliver great results for residents
  • Following all health and safety guidelines

Please note that if you are successful in this role, we will require a DBS check to be completed. Further details will be sent following offer.

About you
  • Reliable, punctual, and eager to work
  • Take pride in your workmanship and always aim for a high‑quality finish
  • Able to work independently or as part of a team
  • Have a good eye for detail and a proactive attitude
  • Must hold a full UK driving licence and be able to travel between sites

Previous painting and decorating experience is preferred, but no formal qualification is required - we value dedication and a positive attitude above all.
