Salary: From £32,000 + 10% discretionary bonus

Overview

We are looking for a Paid Social Executive to join our Media team at SMG for a 1 year fixed term contract. In this role, you will work as a key digital specialist, responsible for activating and managing paid social media campaigns across multiple agencies and partnerships within the SMG family. Under the guidance of senior team members, you will have end to end ownership of campaigns, including activation, pacing, optimisation and reporting.

What You’ll Be Doing

Campaign activation and management

  • End-to-end ownership of Paid Social campaigns, including activation, pacing, optimisation, and reporting.
  • Follow best practice and SMG frameworks, with campaign responsibilities including but not limited to troubleshooting, conversion tracking build, preview link creation, campaign build, 1PD audience push, activation, pacing, performance, optimisation and campaign reporting.
  • Regularly update the digital media manager on campaign pacing, performance and any delivery issues.
  • Assist with new partner implementation and testing.

Reporting

  • Mid campaign and end of campaign reporting.
  • Working with planning, insights, and digital media managers assist with PCA creation and delivery.
  • Attend client calls where necessary alongside senior team members.
  • Find performance opportunities, and share findings across teams.
  • Offer support to the wider media team as required, helping with related queries and wider team responsibilities.
  • Keep pace with industry trends and proactively support with driving forward new opportunities and propositions.
