About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Paid Media Specialist to manage our digital advertising initiatives across multiple platforms, driving measurable growth for our internal brands and external clients. This role combines strategic campaign development with hands-on execution, requiring deep analytical skills and the ability to optimize performance across diverse digital channels. Operating from our WebLife Labs division, you\u2019ll play a crucial role in scaling our global advertising efforts while working with cutting-edge marketing technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Strategy and Management
- Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and other relevant platforms
- Plan, create, and optimize campaigns for various objectives including brand awareness, lead generation, and direct sales
- Manage substantial monthly advertising budgets across platforms with accountability for ROI and performance metrics
- Conduct thorough keyword research, audience analysis, and competitive intelligence to inform campaign strategies
- Performance Optimization and Analytics
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta campaign results, and platform-specific reporting tools
- Implement A/B testing strategies for ad creative, landing pages, and targeting parameters
- Provide detailed performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations for stakeholders
- Utilize data-driven approaches to continuously improve campaign efficiency and reduce cost-per-acquisition
- Creative and Technical Execution
- Create ad copies and collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling visuals and video content that resonates with target audiences
- Implement advanced tracking solutions including conversion tracking, pixel optimization, and attribution modeling
- Manage campaign technical setup including audience creation, bid strategies, and automation rules
- Stay current with platform updates, new features, and industry best practices across all advertising channels
- Client and Stakeholder Management
- Support advertising initiatives for internal brands and external clients to understand business objectives and campaign requirements
- Present campaign performance and strategic recommendations to senior management and stakeholders
- Coordinate with internal teams including web development, design, sales and content creation, to ensure seamless campaign execution
- Provide training and guidance to junior team members on paid media best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor\u2019s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 4+ years of hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns with demonstrated success in scaling budgets
- Proven experience working with international clients, particularly US, UK, or Australian markets, with understanding of cultural and market nuances
- Demonstrated experience in advertising for e-commerce, SaaS, lead generation, community-driven, and subscription-based businesses with understanding of their unique conversion funnels and customer acquisition strategies
- Expert-level proficiency in Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube) and Facebook/Meta Ads Manager
- Proven experience with LinkedIn Ads and TikTok Ads Manager, including campaign setup, audience targeting, and performance optimization
- Strong experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking implementation
- Demonstrated ability to manage advertising budgets ranging from $10K to $50K+ monthly across multiple platforms, with experience scaling campaigns efficiently at different budget levels
- Experience with Microsoft Advertising preferred; X Ads experience is an added advantage
- Experience with major AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) and familiarity with automations and automation platforms will be an added advantage
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and ability to create comprehensive performance reports
- Advanced knowledge of bid strategies, audience targeting, and campaign optimization techniques
- Experience with attribution modeling and marketing mix analysis
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento) and their integration with advertising platforms
- Understanding of landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization principles
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools and CRM integration is preferred
- Experience with programmatic advertising and demand-side platforms is a plus
