We are seeking a highly organised and personable candidate to support the Chairman with administrative tasks and assist in hosting VIP guest visits and exclusive events. This role involves liaising closely with all departments to ensure seamless experiences for high-profile guests and requires a strong attention to detail, a warm personality, and a flexible, can-do attitude.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Chairman as required
  • Assist in planning and coordinating VIP guest visits and exclusive estate events
  • Liaise with all departments across the estate to ensure smooth delivery of guest experiences
  • Coordinate schedules, itineraries, and logistics for high-level visits
  • Support and accompany VIP guests during their stay or events when needed
  • Maintain event records and provide post-visit follow-up or reports
Requirements
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English (both written and spoken) is a must
  • Experience in event coordination, guest services, or executive support
  • Exceptional organisational skills and keen attention to detail
  • Friendly, professional, and service-oriented personality
  • Proactive and flexible approach, with the ability to adapt to last-minute changes
  • Willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends to support VIP visits
