A leading veterinary services provider in the UK seeks a candidate to support the financial integration of Purchase to Pay (P2P) processes. The role involves overseeing timely completion of tasks, collaborating with integration teams, and ensuring compliance with policies. Ideal candidates will have strong accounts payable knowledge, stakeholder engagement skills, and a continuous improvement mindset. The position offers competitive salary, work-life balance, and various employee benefits, while promoting diversity and inclusion.
At IVC Evidensia, we are a leading veterinary services provider in Europe and North America with more than 2,500 clinics and hospitals across 19 countries and around 42,000 employees. We aim to have an extraordinary impact on animal lives, supporting around 25,000 animals every single day across our international network. IVC Evidensia exists to champion the long‑term health and welfare of animals and deliver our purpose of Healthy Animals, Happy Owners.
The main purpose of this role is to support successful financial integration of Purchase to Pay (P2P) processes during the acquisition of new businesses across the Group. The role will act as a helpdesk to the clinics and BPO provider by being the escalation point for any concerns or questions either party may have.
The BPO will provide the majority of the ring‑fenced integration resources to support P2P. The target is for newly acquired businesses to be serviced by the BPO provider integration team for 6‑9 months (max) before moving into the business‑as‑usual team. Integration Coordinators will therefore need to work closely with the BPO provider to ensure the right level of service is provided to new businesses from day one of acquisition.
