A fast-growing UX design agency in the United Kingdom is seeking an Optimisation Manager to lead impactful experimentation programs. The ideal candidate has over 3 years of experience in conversion optimisation, a strong analytical mindset, and experience with A/B testing platforms. We’re looking for an Optimisation Manager to drive impactful experimentation programs for our clients. You’ll take ownership of 2‑3 client accounts, leading their testing strategy and ensuring optimisation efforts deliver real, measurable impact.
While the Director of Optimisation will support you, you’ll be expected to independently lead the experimentation strategy for your accounts—identifying opportunities, developing roadmaps, and working closely with design, development, & QA teams to execute and analyse A/B tests.
This role is ideal for someone who is curious, data-driven, and excited about using experimentation to solve real business challenges.
