• Experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
• Ability to resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Experience in leading and coaching teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of quality professionals.
• Review handover from previous shift and assign tasks.
• Ensure inspectors have the relevant tooling and material flow.
• Control all NOK parts found during the project.
• Work with supervisors to promptly resolve production issues.
• Carry out inspection duties alongside the team when required.
